2. OVERVIEW

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have regarding your data. StreakHunter is operated as a free service and does not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. DATA WE COLLECT

When you create an account and use StreakHunter we collect and store the following data:

  • Display name and email address provided during registration
  • Password (stored in encrypted form only, never in plain text)
  • App usage data including streak progress, Beast collection, Arena battle history, Log entries, item inventory and challenge settings
  • Your selected timezone detected automatically from your browser

4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the StreakHunter service — specifically to save your personal progress, enable login across devices and ensure the app functions correctly.

5. LEGAL BASIS

Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the processing is necessary for the performance of the service you have requested by creating an account.

6. DATA STORAGE AND THIRD PARTIES

Your data is stored using Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, Singapore), a cloud database and authentication provider. Supabase processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Data may be stored on servers located within the European Union or internationally. 7. DATA RETENTION

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights please contact us at info@techupdate.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.

9. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

StreakHunter uses session-based authentication tokens stored locally in your browser to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The current version is always accessible within the app.
