TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SCOPE AND PROVIDER

These Terms of Service govern your use of StreakHunter, operated by Kevin Vogt, Hollerstraße 30, 56072 Koblenz, Germany (hereinafter "we" or "the provider"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

StreakHunter is a free habit tracking application with gamification elements including Beast collection, an Arena battle system and a progression system tied to daily goal completion. The service is provided free of charge and may be modified, extended or discontinued at any time.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

To use StreakHunter you must create an account with a display name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to manipulate progress data, reverse engineer the application or use automated tools to interact with the service. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities must be reported to info@techupdate.eu rather than exploited.

5. AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep StreakHunter available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss of progress or data resulting from downtime.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within StreakHunter including Beast designs, artwork, names, game mechanics and written content is the intellectual property of Kevin Vogt and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without explicit written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StreakHunter is provided as a free service without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of progress data.

8. TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@techupdate.eu. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Koblenz, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always accessible within the app.
